Abstract
636,937. Seats; furniture. WATSON, W. R. Feb. 11, 1948, No. 4023. [Classes. 52 (ii) and 52 (iii)] [Also in Group XXXII] A wheeled carrier comprises a backbone 1 having one or more wheels 2, at its lower end, and a collapsable receptacle 7 together with seat means 3 at its upper end, by means of which the carrier can be propelled. The backbone may be telescopic and the seat means may be similar to that on a shooting stick. The wheels may also be mounted on a collapsable parallelogram structure which collapses to bring the wheels clear of the ground and this may be operated automatically by the seat members.
