[Class 29] In an ice - cream freezer 7 of the type comprising scraper blades 1 carried on vertical arms 3 of a U-shaped holder 4, the blades 1 are loosely fulcrumed on a rib 2 on each arm. 3 and are L-shaped in cross section, the shorter limb of the L having L-shaped or keyhole slots to accommodate bolts 5 for fixing the blades loosely to the arms 3. The rib 2 is continuous or intermittent or comprises a series of raised points. According to the Provisional Specification, the blades 1 may comprise a series of aligned parts.
