[Class 5(i)] Food - blocks are cut by a reciprocating vertical transverse knife A and by longitudinal knives D, Dx disposed in front of and behind the knife A, and in staggered relation with each other. The knives D, Dx may be secured to the knife A or mounted on supports carried by the sliding blocks to which the knives A are attached. Scraper means may be mounted on the transverse knife.
