[Class 29] [Also in Group II] In a rotary can ice-cream refrigerator a readily detachable scraper-carrying U-frame 10 depending within the rotary can 11 has a pair of slots 14 in its upper end which are engaged by the heads of two diametrically opposite pins 13 fixed within the can guide ring 12, so that a partial rotary movement of the U-frame 10 disengages it from the pins 13 and from the can 11.
