627,066. Clogs. LEE, Y. K. Jan. 8, 1947, No. 687. [Class 17 (ii)] A sole support 1 of metal or plastic material, such as rubber, is provided on its underside with means for detachably securing renewable sole and heel blocks 24, 26, the clog being held on the foot by a strap or straps engaged with the support. The blocks 24, 26 may be sprung into position between downwardly extending flanges on the support or, as shown, slid to engage by dovetail connections. The securing straps may have thickened ends and be engaged in slots in the sole support.
