622,031. Foot-bandages. KLUCK, A. J. March 4, 1947, No. 6141. Convention date, Sept. 11, 1943. [Class 81(ii)] A foot bandage in which non-extensible material alternates, in the direction of length of the bandage, with elastic extensible material is of such a length that the inextensible part 1, in application, extends from the instep or outer side of the ankle to the middle of the sole, the extensible part 2 extends from the middle of the sole around the outer side of the foot and the part 3 of inextensible material extends completely around the ankle and fastens, as at 8, to the other parts of the bandage. In certain cases, the bandage may be placed in the reverse way so that it starts from the instep and inner side of the ankle over the outer side of the foot to the middle of the sole. The parts 1, 2, 3 are stitched together as at 4. 5. The fastening may be movable and adjustable.
