614,460. Clocks. ARON, E., and LONGLEY, R. G. July 12, 1946, No. 20908. [Class 139] In a clock the hour numerals or indicators are formed on a carrier disc and project through apertures in the front wall of the clock casing to which the carrier disc is secured. As shown, the front wall 11 of a clock casing is provided with apertures 13 through which project the hour numerals or indicators 12 formed integrally with or attached to the moulded carrier disc 14 secured to the casing by screws 17. The screws 17 are carried by a bezel 15 which holds the glass 16 in position over the hands. The clock movement is supported by studs 20 in bosses 19 moulded on the rear of the carrier disc 14. The lead-in conductors 23 pass through a bush 24 in the bottom of the casing. A back cover plate 34 is retained by screws engaging bushes moulded in the casing. The case 11 and the carrier 14 may be moulded from plastic.
