611,824. Tables; firescreens. McMAHON, A. H. M. May 9, 1946, No. 14075. [Classes 52(iii) and 52(iv)] A table has a frame b secured under the table-top a and two parallel tubular members c, each with cranked ends, pivotally secured by straps d to the underside of two opposite sides of the frame and adapted to be turned so as to either lie flat against the frame for stacking or to project at an angle to the frame to receive detachably the ends of U-shaped members e which act as table legs. The table-top may comprise a base g and a glass cover h held on by corner pieces i. J-shaped members may replace the members e to support the table top in an inclined position as a firescreen.
