611,460. Electric earth connections. MOWLEM & CO., Ltd., J., and BENNETT, A. P. M. May 1, 1946, No. 13139. [Class 36] An earth electrode a comprises a hollow conductive tube perforated as at a', a colloidal suspension of graphite in water being pumped under pressure, e.g. by means of a pump b, into tube a and forced out of the perforations a<1> into the surrounding soil c, thereby increasing the effective diameter of the electrode.
