Abstract

610,604. Scooters. SNELWAR, H. M. April 11, 1946, No. 11127. [Class 136 (iii)] A scooter comprises a sheet metal platform 10 having a depending flange 11, a raised portion 12 and a depression 13 corresponding to the shape of a shoe, channel-shaped brackets 14 and 18 secured to the underside of the platform to carry axles 15 and 19 for a single front wheel 16 and two rear wheels 20 respectively, a handle 22 detachably secured to the front of the platform and braced by a V-shaped spring 23, the ends of which are bent inwards and fit into holes 24 in the flange 11.
