[Class 44] In a hose-pipe clip as described in the parent Specification, the side flanges 9 of the bridge-piece 8 are each provided in the area thereof with an inwardly bent lip 11 extending substantially over the entire depth of the flange and bearing against the curved portion of the end 2 of the band 1. The lips may be formed by pressings or stampings and are integral with the corresponding flanges except for the portion 12 which bears against the band. The lips may have a semicircular concave shape. Specification 596,498 is referred to.
