Abstract
603,730. Photographic enlarging apparatus. WOOD, A. F., and CELESTION, Ltd. Sept. 17, 1945, No. 23980. [Class 98(i)] The apparatus comprises a box B with hinged lid CL carrying on its inside a bracket supporting a column CC on which is slidably mounted a bracket EB carrying the camera EC which can thus be adjusted to and from the floor of the box when the lid is erected into the position of use. The column may be extended upwards by a piece ECL, housed in the box when not in use. To facilitate placing the sensitive copy material on the floor, the front of the box may be hinged to the floor. Stays BB permit the lid to be held at any desired angle to the floor; a clamp CS permits angular adjustment of the column in the bracket CB and also permits the column CC, carrying the camera but not the extension ECL, to be removed from the bracket CB and replaced in inverted position so that images are projected upon a screen above the box ; and the camera may he mounted to swivel in its bracket EB.
