Abstract

925,894. Copyholders for typists. T. BRAUN. Feb. 23, 1962, No. 7096/62. Class 100 (3). A copyholder comprises a rectangular front frame 9 adjustable in height for holding the copy and a rectangular back frame 1 adjustable in length which is connectable to a device such as a typewriter 23, the frames being connected together by an expandable bracket 15 whereby the distance between the frames may be varied. The frames are of telescopic tubular construction and may be locked in their adjusted positions by set screws (not shown). A tubular part 2a of the frame 1 is pivotally connected at 21 to the typewriter 23 so that the copyholder can be folded back to the broken line position shown in Fig. 2 when not in use. A line indicator 22 is carried by a magnetic block which clings to one of the side members of the frame 9.
