Abstract
598,850. Cabinets. FLOWERS, J. E. Feb. 7, 1947, No. 24420/45. [Classes 52(i) and 52(iii)] A cabinet structure which may be adapted to stand over an existing fireplace or fit into a corner comprises upright angle members 10 between which are secured a number of inverted rectangular tray members 11 to provide a series of compartments the fronts of which are closed by panels 15 secured to the angle members or to packing strips 13 co-extensive with the flanges of the trays. The various front panels may be fitted with cupboard doors 24, 30, a heater 29, radio set 25, mirror 23, clock 19 and lamps 18. One of the side panels comprises a folding table 31. An aperture 21 forms a bookshelf with one of the trays 11. Exterior angles 17 and cover strips 16 are provided.
