Abstract
597,801. Non-conducting coverings. ARDOR INSULATION CO., Ltd., and RICHARDSON, G. Aug. 27, 1945, No. 22013. [Class 64 (ii)] [Also in Groups VII and XXII] Composite sheets for heat insulation 2 comprising a corrugated sheet A of foil-like thickness stapled to a flat sheet B with flattened ridges between the stapling points 31 is formed by passing sheets A, B between intermittently rotated corrugating rolls 4, 5 and feed rolls 6, 7 respectively. During the rest period an anvil 11 and stapler 12 are operated by cams 22, 20 to secure the sheets together. A support roll 9 is driven from a roll 15 which feeds the sheets to a delivery belt 16.
