[Class 141] A support for the wings of collars consists of a core 1 of spring steel wire wrapped with wire 2 preferably of smaller gauge and bent to the shape shown. The ends of the core are left free and formed with loops 3 and collar-engaging points 4. Loops 7 are provided at the top of the leg portions 6. A central, V-shaped portion 8 engages the collar stud 9. In a modification, the V-shaped portion is replaced by a portion in the shape of an almost closed U. The legs of the device may be telescopic.
