591,304. Bread boards. JEWELL, L. May 5, 1945, No. 11479. [Class 28 (ii)] A bread board or the like has a recess 1-2, with closed ends, formed in one edge to house a knife, the handle thereof being held in the widened portion 2 of the recess by a U-shaped clip 3. The board is gapped at 5 to facilitate gripping and withdrawal of the knife and the end of the portion 1 of the recess encloses the top of the knife to prevent it tilting outwards.
