[Class 142 (iv)] In a creel comprising a carriage supporting bobbin panels 35 back to back with rollers and combs above the panels, the rollers 18 each extend across a plurality of columns of bobbin pegs and the comb 28 has downwardly-directed teeth. The yarns are kept in engagement with the teeth by a bar 29, and glass sheaths 31 are retained on the teeth by a rubber strip 32.
