[Class 38 (i)] In an electric wiring system for a distant point and one or more intermediate points, connection boxes c are provided at the said intermediate points to which the entering and leaving main cable conduits a are secured, substantially in line, by end caps a<1> and nuts a<2>, the main cables b, b<1>, b<2> being arranged in the box in the form of waves or loops which may be lifted part way out of the box without change of shape of the loops to remove the insulation for the connection of cables f by means of insulated connectors e. The cables f may be connected to the sub-circuit g, g<1>, g<2> through centrally-disposed fuses d, d<1>, d<2>, the sub-circuit emerging from the box through a conduit h.
