[Class 136 (ii)] The hand cranks or levers of an invalid carriage have different gear ratios with the road wheels, this in the case of a chain and sprocket drive being achieved by making the sprockets of the hand cranks of unequal size. The driven sprockets may be in the form of annuli each eccentric to its road wheel and having internal teeth meshing with a pinion on the road wheel.
