[Class 20 (iii)] A non-condensation panel for use in connection with refrigerators or other enclosed compartments, consists of a plurality of transparent panes a mounted and enclosed within a framework b adapted to be filled with dried air or inert gas and thereafter sealed and is characterised by the inner transparent pane or panes being provided with perforations or gaps a<2> in or adjacent one edge thereof to provide means of circulation for the dry air or inert gas within the enclosed framework. As shown, air or inert gas previously dried over silica gel or other drying agent enters the panel by the valve c, circulates in zig-zag fachion and exhausts at valve d. After filling the valves c and dare sealed. In a modification the silica is placed within the frame to remove any moisture which may be introduced by slight leaks in the panel.
