[Class 20 (i)] A gable cloche of the type comprising horizontally spaced wire, rod, or strip frame elements each consisting of two roof and two leg members, has loops B<2>, Fig. 1, formed in the wire, externally of the element, to provide hooks B', B' for supporting the roof and side glasses C, C', the hooks being directed towards each other so that neither of the glasses extends beyond the plane of the other. A wire C<2> prevents accidental displacement of the roof glasses and the lower edges of the side glasses may rest on the ground or in hooks B<5>. Eyes D<1>, E' are formed in the wire to receive braces D, F, E. Frame elements are spaced apart by longitudinal braces. Rows of frame elements may be placed side by side, Fig. 7, the inner overlapping legs being braced by stays H, H' and a space J is left between adjacent roof elements for ventilation. In a modification, Fig. 11, to provide the cloche with end glasses, the elements have braces K, L, M provided with eyes to receive end glass supports P, N, Figs. 12 and 14. A pin N', Fig. 16, holds the supports P, N in position. Spaces A<2>, B<6>, Fig. 1, are left for ventilation. The element may be formed integrally from one piece of wire twisted at the apex to form a loop A, Fig. 1, or it may be formed from two pieces of wire, the wire being joined at the apex to form a loop.
