Abstract

567,958. Anti-dazzle screens. HAYES, N. B. Sept. 20, 1943, No. 15420. [Class 103 (ii)] An anti-dazzle screen 8, which can be moved from side to side of the vehicle and locked in adjusted position, is pivoted on an arm 7 sliding in a horizontal tube 3, which is longitudinally slotted to allow protrusion of the arm 7. Notches 5 in the lower edge of the slot serve to lock the arm and screen in set position. The carriage 6 runs on ball bearings.
