563,882. Beaming-machines. LAMBACH, F. July 24, 1942, No. 2173/44. Convention date, Nov. 21, 1941.. Divided out of 563,858. Drawings to Specification. [Class 142 (iv)] A beaming-machine is provided with a beam support swingably mounted on a stationary part of the machine and lifted by adjusting means from a lower and beam-receiving position, wherein the beam is disengaged from the drive, into an upper and operative position wherein the beam is coupled with the drive. Locking means are provided for holding the support in the upper position. The adjusting means may include a self-locking worm. The invention is described in Specification 563,858. Specification 563,883 also is referred to.
