Abstract

563,500. Condensers. STANDARD TELEPHONES & CABLES, Ltd., and LENO, J. A. Feb. 12, 1943, No. 2344. [Class 37] Condensers with dielectric sheets of thermoplastic synthetic resin or resins are provided with coverings of material comprising the said resins or one of them bonded thereto by injection moulding therearound. In the case of a rolled condenser, discs 6, 7, Fig. 6, of such plastic may be fitted on the ends of the connecting leads. In the case of stacked condensers a stiff strip 11, Fig. 9, of insulator may project from both ends and carry the terminals, the casing 15 being moulded therearound. Specifications 488,713, 507,242 and 508,057 are referred to.
