[Class 20 (iv)] A building is constructed of pillars h built of shallow pieces formed with grooves h<1>, connected by parallel concrete panels a, a<1> having fillets or beads b along opposite edges. The inner and outer panels may be of the same or different lengths ; in either case the fillets b are not in alignment transversely of the panel. The panels are formed with L-shaped projections c forming ties or stays between the sides.
