[Class 107] [Also in Group XXI] A tractor - mounted earth - moving implement comprises a frame with transversely spaced side beams, a grader blade pivoted between its ends to the front of the frame for adjustment in a horizontal plane, thrust arms connected at their front ends to opposite ends of the grader blade and means whereby the rear ends of the thrust arms may be secured at different longitudinal points on the side beams. A box-beam frame 1 is pivoted at 3 to the tractor side frames 4 and has at its front end a post 5 and cable sheave 6 for raising and lowering the frame; the grader blade unit comprises a concave plate 8, blade 9, end earth-retaining wings 10, and a box-beam backing 11, and is centrally pivoted to the front of the frame 1 by a ball-and-socket joint 12. Box-beam thrust arms 14 have at their forward ends vertical extensions 15 with apertured ears 16, bolts 19, 23 extending through the extensions 15 from ball-and-socket joints 17, 22 at each end of the blade unit and co-operating with nuts 21, 24 for adjustment of the tilt of the blade unit; the rear ends of the thrust arms 14 carry blocks comprising segments 25, 26, hinged at 27 and normally held together by pins 31, the blocks being adapted for engagement with any of a series of balls 32 spaced along the frame according to the desired lateral angle of the blade unit.
