[Class 91] [Also in Groups V and IV] Compounds of the formula:- where R and R' are aryl groups, one or both of which is further substituted by an aryl-amino group, and A is a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic radical, are used as antiox dants for unsaturated vegetable oils, essential oils, petroleum oils and soaps. A specified compound is 1-(p-anilinophenyl)-3-phenyl-1,3- dimethyl-cyclobutane.
