[Class 145 (ii)] A composite wood board consists of a pair of panels 2 spaced apart by a relatively large number of separate wooden blocks 3 which are arranged in a scattered or irregular manner and are secured to the panels 2 by glueing, the blocks being so short and having their axes so variously inclined to the edges of the panels as to have no appreciable tendency to deform the panels by warping ; an enclosing frame 1 may be provided when the board is to be used as a door. Filling material may be placed between the blocks.
