[Class 81 (ii)] [Also in Group XV] A deformity, fracture or like surgical appliance: for exercising the foot comprises a base a to which is fixed a pair of supports b for tracks c engaged by the ends of spindles d carrying a footpiece e provided with straps with a buckle to fasten over the ankle. The tracks c are formed in metal plates secured to the supports b and each track at the heel end, is shaped like a quarter arc of a circle connected at the base of the plate by a straight part with the apex of a triangular part at the toe end; the disengaged foot rests. on the base at one or other side of the supports b.
