550,795. Look-out reflectors for vehicles. LANCASTER, G. W. March 30, 1942. No. 4203. [Class 103 (ii)] A rear view mirror 58 for vehicles is carried on an arm 46 rotatable about an upright shaft 54 mounted in a housing 52 on a horizontal tube 10 capable of being axially rotated by a hand-wheel 66 inside the vehicle. The adjustment of the mirror about the upright shaft 54 is effected by longitudinal adjustment of a rod 36 with a pin-and-slot connection to the arm 46 carrying the mirror; this adjustment is effected by a hand-wheel 35 threadedly connected to the rod 36.
