The ribs are undercut and may be either immediately over or laterally displaced with regard to under-ribs b. T-, H-, or L-shaped, or box girders may be used, and the upper surfaces may be inclined from the edges towards the centre. Reinforcement may be laid in the concrete and may pass through the ribs c.
