[Class 2 (iii)] [Also in Group X] The external walls of a building are constructed of panels or plates of synthetic resinous material built up on a framing comprising, wholly or mainly, bars of the same material. The construction of a building substantially entirely of such material is described. The material may be cresol- or phenol-formaldehyde with a filler of shredded cotton rags or paper or other shredded or powdered cellulose material, or reinforced with laminations of wood, cloth or paper.
