Abstract

532,393. Resilient joints. SILENTBLOC, Ltd., and ANDRE, T. B. July 21, 1939, No. 21280. [Class 108 (iii)] A flexible joint comprises inner and outer sleeves A, B, and intermediate sleeve C spaced from A<SP>1</SP>, B, and rubber &c. bushes D, E in the spaces so formed; the rubber being bonded or connected by adhesive to the sleeves and means, such as a stop A<SP>1</SP> on A engaged in a slot C<SP>1</SP> in C, for limiting the relative angular movement between the sleeves. Specifications 410,282 and 411,622, [both in Group XXV], are referred to.
