522,155. Moulding concrete &c.. NEWELL & CO., Ltd., E., and MOSS, A. H. Dec. 2, 1938, No. 35107. [Class 87 (ii)] The movable ends 13 of an open mould for making concrete kerbs &c. are fastened by a frame device adapted to embrace the assembled mould and comprising, sides 20 connected at their ends to a bar 22 and formed with a fulcrum bar 21 on which are pivoted spring levers 23 adapted to rock against the end of the mould or box and form a toggle-lever system with the frame. To secure the ends of the mould, the bar 21 is moved upwardly against stops past the dead-centre position of the spring levers 23.
