[Class 4] [Also in Group XXX] Aeroplane fuselages are manufactured on the chain-belt system by arranging them across a conveyer formed by seats 13 connected by endless chains. On the upper run the sides of the fuselages are operated on by men standing on the slats 13, while the bases are operated on by others standing on the fixed platform 15. On the lower return run the upper parts are operated on by workmen on the ground.
