Abstract

514,201. Projector lamps. WALTER, F. C. Oct. 27, 1938, No. 29283/37. [Classes 75 (ii) and 75 (iv)] A projector lamp comprises a main ellipsoidal reflector A, truncated at both ends and having a light source E at one focus, an inner ellipsoidal reflector B, and a third outer ellipsoidal reflector C, there being provided, at the end opposite the source E, a funnel - shaped light emitting tube G whose walls diverge outwardly. The tube G has reflecting inner walls and may be of square, octagonal, or other cross section. In the modification shown in Fig. 2, the reflector C is of double ellipsoidal form and there is provided, within the main reflector A, a further ellipsoidal member H having a reflecting outer surface and adapted to house a camera.
