511,672. Dry shavers. KORTEN, E., and BASSAT (LONDON), Ltd., A. & H. Dec. 19.1938. No. 36895. [Class 131] In a dry shaver having a rotating inner cutter 10 with blades 13, the semi-cylindrical guard plate 2 is provided with two series of slots 6, 7 inclined at right angles to one another on opposite sides of a strip 8. The driving spindle 21 is arranged at right angles to the axis of the cutter 10. The blades 13 are secured to the rotor 10 by curved members 14 and screws 15.
