510,151. Handles. WANG, Y. April 13, 1939, No. 11186. [Class 61 (i)]. [Also in Groups XIV and XVII] The point 4 of a sheath knife blade is formed as a flat chisel or screwdriver and the back is provided with saw teeth 6 or file cuts 7. Another tool 9 such as a tin opener is formed on the remote end of the blade and is covered by a detachable casing 10 which forms an extension of the handle 8 clipping on thereto by pin 11. A portion 12 of extension 10 may be formed as a hammer head, to use which the knife is held by means of a sheath 14 which also clips on to pin 11 and is made of metal or leather reinforced by metal strips. In another form a hammer head is riveted on to the handle 8 by the blade extension which in this case is not formed with a separate tool 9.
