509,487. Pastry cutters. UNTENECKER, F. Oct. 12, 1937, No. 27691. Void. Convention date, Oct. 15, 1936. [Class 87 (ii)] A pastry cutter comprises a cutting ring 1 fixed on a casing 2, one or more cylinders 8 for cutting holes in the pastry and ejecting plates 13, 16. The cutting cylinder 8 and the ejecting plates may be spring-loaded as at 12, 15 and are operable by a knob 11 and head 6 respectively, the ejecting plates being coupled together. The plate 16 is of annular form. The plate 13 is disposed at a level higher than that of the plate such that it ejects the central portions subsequently to the main cut-out pastry.
