[Classes 97 (ii)] and 97 (iii)] The sensitive element of a magnetic compass is universally mounted in air bearings which enable it to align itself with the earth's magnetic field. The Specification includes a description of the gyro-magnetic compass which is described with reference to Fig. 4 to 6 in Specification 505,901. Specifications 464,263 and 501,856 also are referred to and Spscifications 466,864 and 466,865 are referred to in the Provisional Specification.
