504,741. Tracing-appliances; painting- books. SYNDICATE PUBLISHING CO., Ltd., and GUNN, J. Oct. 29, 1937, No. 29653. [Classes 11 and 16] A tracing and painting book, by means of which designs can be traced and subsequently coloured, has attached to or formed on one cover a copying-surface 5 having thereon a series of spaced dots &c. consecutively numbered, sheets 8 of tracing-paper being hinged adjacent thereto and a board or tray 12 supporting colouring-materials being attached to the other cover. A sheet of tracing-paper is turned over on to the surface 5, and a drawing is produced by tracing from dot to dot in accordance with an indicator 11, provided on the inside of the cover or elsewhere in the book, which gives the sequence of numbered dots to be traced. The leaves of the book may be of drawing, printed, or other paper.
