Abstract
502,257. Manifolding-webs. LAMSON PARAGON SUPPLY CO., Ltd., and NEA G. J. Sept. 20, 1937, No. 25476. [Class 16] Web-form manifolding stationery for use in tabulating, calculating, &c. machines comprises two or more superposed copy webs. 1, 7 having marginal feeding apertures 2 therein and marginal perforations 3 at a suitable distance inside and parallel to the line of apertures, and one or more transfer webs 5 interleaved between the copy webs, each transfer web being attached; as by spots 6 of adhesive, to the copy web next above it at one or more points adjacent to and inside the line of marginal apertures 2 and outside the marginal perforations 3. All the webs are perforated at 8 for division into sheets. Where there are several superposed copy webs, some of these webs may be carbonized on their under surfaces to avoid the use of transfer webs between each pair of copy webs.
