Abstract

502,069. Two-part couplings. KORNMANN, F. July 29, 1938, No. 22629. Convention date. Aug. 1, 1937 [Class 38 (i)] A tube holder for ray emitting tubes is provided with contact sleeves 3a and 3b flexibly supported or the free ends of conducting rods 4a and 4b in order tc adapt the distance between their axes to the distance between the legs 1a and 1b of the tube. The legs are provided with a further resilient support such as a rubber disc 6. The contact sleeves mav be slotted and engage contacts 2a and 2b on the legs of the tube. The rods 4a and 4b are electrically connected to plug pins 5a and 5b. Openings 8a allow air to circulate for cooling purposes.
