[Class 37] [Also in Group XL] A condenser network for coupling two lines of the coaxial-cylinder type is constituted by discs located inside the outer cylinder. In the pi-section shown in Fig. 3, the condensers are constituted by a partition 21, having a central hole, together with small discs at the ends of the inner conductors 22, whose capacity with respect to one another constitutes the series capacity while their capacities with respect to the partition constitute shunt capacities. Fig. 5 shows an analogous arrangement of capacities forming a tee-section.
