[Class 106 (iv)] A record sheet 5 is connected to the supply roller 2 by first attaching a short paper strip 3 to the roller and then placing the sheet on the paper strip and winding the two together around the roller. In use, when the sheet has been completely unwound it is freed from the roller without the exertion of any additional pull by the sheet-driving mechanism.
