Abstract

Cement or plaster of Paris is mixed with rubber latex which may also have been mixed with asphalt emulsion or with water glass. In all cases the stabilizer described in Specification 488,265, viz. that obtained by macerating or digesting leather, wool or feathers with weak alkali, is present. Fillers and aggregates also may be incorporated.
