486,630. Capsules. SALFISBERG, L. L. Aug. 11, 1937. No. 22076. Convention date, Aug. 21, 1936. [Class 81 (i)] [Also in Group XVII] A package of the type comprising opposed layers 1, 2 of regenerated cellulose &c. bonded together to form a. container 3 for cod liver oil, dyes &c., at least one discharge neck 6, a flap structure 9 extending across the neck 6, which may be torn, e.g. by notches 4, 5, 5a, and weakening lines, to form an orifice of approximately predetermined size through which the contents may be squeezed or poured. The regenerated cellulose &c. layers 1, 2 are preferably coated internally with a thermoplastic adhesive 7, 8 heat crimped together around the container 3. The discharge necks may be of different diameters so that, from the one container, the contents may be optionally squeezed or poured. The container 3 may be of substantially rectangular or circular form.
