Abstract

505,735. Packages of hollow articles. CARTONNAGES SACKREUTER. July 30, 1938, No. 22757. Convention date, July 30, 1937. [Classes 18 and 94 (i)] Cones of thread, glass cylinders, &c. are packed between boards 1, 2 of cardboard &c. and are held in position by caps 4, 5 which engage in the central hollow portions of the cones &c. The caps consist of separate, flanged members passing through apertures in the boards, the flanges being covered by paper sheets 8. If a number of rows of cones are packed one above the other, the caps project from both faces of the boards interposed between the rows. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91, comprises also that the caps may be stamped-up out of the boards. This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
