[Glass 61 (i)] [Also in Groups XXVIII and XXXV] A ridge 52 in the upper part of the casing of a vacuum cleaner forms an attachment for the handle 53. One end of the handle is secured by screws 137, 140 to the upper casing, while at the other end its spaced sides are engaged by spring-pressed buttons on the ridge 52. The end of the handle contains a switch assembly comprising a snap switch 126 actuated by a button 58 carrying a pivoted pin 131, and a pair of coupling pins 127.
